This was our first time ordering from this company...

This was our first time ordering from this company. After we ordered through a different company and received a damaged product after waiting 6 weeks for it, we decided to reach out to A City Discount to see if they could help us out. I got a hold of Rudy Herring and he was very helpful. He was able to help place the order that day and get the product shipped out the next business day. After we received the package (straight from the manufacturer) we realized that this one was also damaged. After calling A City Discount, Tim Booth told me he was going to reach out to the manufacturer and follow up with me. He was very helpful and did respond back right away when he received a response from the manufacturer. When we were told that the manufacturer said it wasn t damaged enough for them to do anything, Tim offered a $50 credit from their company for the inconvenience. They have great customer service and we would order through them again!
