Went in for recall and service package, was told the wait time will be around 2-3 hours. It was the end of the day so they cant finish it before closing time. The dealer don t even have loaner car out, they gave me options either reschedule the whole appointment or leave the car there and they will work on it in the morning but I have to find my own way home and come back the next day. I have a small child and full time work, reschedule wasn t the option for me so end up have to pay Uber to go home. This is my first Acura car and look like it will be my last. Our saleman was wonderful but the service part is horrible compare to Lexus.
