Great hotel if you don't mind overpaying for outdated rooms and absolutely HORRIBLE service from an arrogant staff.

My 5PM check-in took 30 minutes only to find out that my room was not ready. More than an hour later and it STILL was not ready. Nobody cared.

Ordered room service -- ridiculously expensive room service -- 90 minutes and 3 calls later and still not delivered. In-room dining manager lied more than phone person. "It's on the elevator as we speak..." That was 9 minutes ago...I'm on the 6th floor.

No answer at the front desk. No manager on duty. Not a single employee in the building cares at all.

The worst service of any hotel I've stayed at since high school spring break almost 40 years ago.

Just a joke. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if it were free.
