Zicasso agent, Gina Johnson, was most helpful. With her assistance, I was able to better define the parameters I wanted for my trip to Germany & Austria with my 14 year old grandson. She recommended a partner who was very knowledgeable about the countries, places to stay & go that fit my wish list.
