I took PTS course recently with Steve Lee at goodlife northridge. The class is absolutely awesome, Steve is so nice and helpful to everyone. My English is not good, but he explains things in detail, and very understandable, so i can get them all. He also helped me to create a periodization plan, which is important and helpful. Thank you Steve .
