When I arrived my service adviser, Derrick was with another customer. Someone else checked me in and I was not pleased with him. My information was incorrect and I was originally advised it would only be about an hour. After 2 hours no one contacted me and had no update regarding my vehicle when I called. Once I actually spoke with Derrick, he apologized immensely, explained what was now going on, sent an Uber to pick me up and ensured I received a loaner vehicle. Derrick, made up for the experience from the previous morning. I would make sure he was my adviser for future service needs.
