My sales person (Mike) was great. He was very patient and we managed to narrow down the bike I wanted (new Suzuki GSX-R600). The problem was financing, you see, I have excellent credit and they offered me a loan for close to 5% interest and I though I could do much better. Once they saw I was not convinced with the rate, another sales guy conveniently showed up at the right time and they started to play the game where the finance guy asks what is a good rate and the sales guy says something much higher that what I got, so they try to make it seem that I have such a sweet deal, but I know better. I actually disliked this game very much and walked out. The following day I went to the "other" big dealership and I got 0% (from Suzuki, it was actually advertised very prominently on their website). I am glad I walked out and I am sorry for Mike because he lost the sale due to his incompetent finance guy. It is the finance's guy job to know about these things. I love my bike, but I wish I had purchased it from Mike, great guy and he did an awesome job selling it to me.
