Hello, I am a resident at Wellspring Apartment community in Columbia SC and I have been here since June 2016 and would like to negotiate the renewal of my lease for another year with you. In front of my apartment facing me is a dumpster; the problem is it is unsightly from about 4PM until the sanitation truck arrives again the next day. I am not saying that the hired staff don't do their best to keep it clean, because they try to, but it is so much garbage the dumpster is overflowing. 2nd, during rainfall the walkway outside my building is unsafe, with the danger of a child, visitor or resident could easily slip and fall making their way to their car due to the river like water running down the walkway.
