This was my first experience with Hall Jeep service and I must say it was awesome! I recently purchased my Jeep at a dealership in Oregon and needed a Virginia Inspection. I just showed up to wait but had some time constraints. Even with a busy schedule, Lori was able to work me in and get the inspection done while I waited. She really went out of her way to ensure I was on time and kept me updated in case I needed to make other arrangements. I looked up customer service in the dictionary and sure enough there was a picture of Lori next to the definition. Thank you Lori and Hall for making my first experience aa positive one.
