I have owned a Mercedes for nearly 15 years and Bud Smail has always been my go to place for sales, service and body shop services. While I have experienced some minor difficulties with the servicing of my R350, it was mostly out of their control. In any case, the service team has always come through for me in making things right. From the beginning of our sales experience with JV all the way through our service with Mike and Dave, my voice has always been heard and taken seriously. From little things such as tire pressure correction to larger services like repair of my lift gate, there has always been resolution to any problems I have experienced.
