Horrible customer service, no orginization at all....

Horrible customer service, no orginization at all. Everyone seem to be having a hard time with their paper work, they didn t send help down until hours later. The employees seemed irritable and bothered. I saw woman ask for a pen and they nearly flipped out on her . I also saw an employee put her hand in the face of a person who was in for abuse already . Shame on these people for working with the public with no personal skills
