I cannot say enough about this hotel. I've been coming to OC every year for about 30 years and always stayed at different hotels as none were that great, and most were terrible. Even before we arrived, they allowed us to postpone our arrival date due to my grandmother passing away and I wanted my kids and I to attend her memorial. Upon arrival, I was ecstatic. The people behind the desk were so friendly and helpful, the rooms completely clean and well kept. There was an issue with some partyers next to us and they took control IMMEDIATELY and checked to make sure we were okay. I ended up extending our trip another two days because the place was just that great. Their indoor pool was clean, warm, and always had fresh towels available. Everyone from their cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful, and I swear me and my kids both say we will NEVER stay at any other hotel. Cant wait to come back!! They're right across the street from the beach and a convenience store, they have a gaming room and everything. Unfortunately the hot tub and rooftop bar were closed due to the covid but even without I can say this is hands down the best hotel I've visited in 30 years. LOVE this place!!!
