If I could score a zero it would be. Took 45 minutes to receive our mains. The meals were staggered out with mine coming well after the rest of out table of five. From there it became appalling. Asked for medium rare steak and received well done, their second attempt was just a bad. My fiance and stepson ordered the lamb with the son wanting beef and red wine jus on his lamb. Both dishes arrived with the jus. This was pointed out to staff who apologized offering a discount, but when a hair was discovered in the dish, we got told it was from the grill brush. Funny thing it was human hair and not metal. Then we waited for another 40 minutes for a birthday cake that never arrived nor were our plates cleared. With my fiance being in hospitality we were disgusted with the lack of attention and care towards patrons. When my fiance voiced his concerns, the excuses were inexcusable. Lone Star Albany destroyed what was to be a memorable birthday for one of our children, that we will definitely not be coming back.
