I was extremely excited when I purchased my new 2018 F-150 at the end of last year. Sill-TerHar Motors seemed all too happy to be rid of me once the sale was complete though. It took multiple follow-ups from me before items that were agreed upon at the time of sale (window tint, tiedowns installed, detaling) were mostly completed. About 3 months after my purchase the truck began making a terrible metal on metal grinding noise while the turbos are building boost from a stop. I brought my vehicle in for service and was told the sound could not be recreated. Many days Later and after I visited the dealership to show them the issue the techs were finally able to recreate the sound and "fixed" the vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle back I found that the service center had done damage the vehicle and chose not to inform me. They did eventually fix that as well. All I can say is this has been the most miserable first car buying experience I could have ever imagined.
