Stop saying #employeeobsessed. Nothing about the company says they are obsessed with their employees. They don t do anything for their staff, except show up and criticize the performance. Management is the worst. They have been very fake to employees and only makes them believe things they want to hear. At the beginning of this year, they asked everyone to go onto Different websites to leave Positive reviews about the company. Managers and assistant manager did it out of fear that they would be terminated if they didn t comply. They would give you days off but then require you to attend meetings without pay. They don t pay mileage if they make you cover at another store and they also adjust your time so that you don t get overtime. But also don t let you take lunches on time. They are not employee friendly at all. They also withhold your pay for commission for 6 months. And then they don t just give it to you they won t give it unless you call and inquire about it. Worst sales company ever.
