CAUTION: DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FACILITY.
My experience in April 2015. The Staff is disorganized, from the receptionists to the technicians. They have zero communication skills and don't follow through with making sure doctors orders are followed. The technicians are rude and condescending. The equipment is old and diagnostic quality of tests are practically non existent due to the equipment and technicians lack of skill.

The whole situation was uncomfortable from beginning to end. Beginning with the constant problems with the scheduling department not allotting the correct amount of time for the test per Doctors specific order, having to be rescheduled many times as a result and never an apology for the inconvenience. Very Rude front office, scheduling Staff.

In addition to the previous statement and the following statements...

The staff, all of them, are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. From joking around and discussing their personal lives in the presence of patients while patients are waiting to be checked in for their appontments. The waiting room was standing room only because of the back up, putting the patients and scheduled testing time behind for the technicians who also followed the same unprofessional behavior as the reception staff. Once they brought the patients back for their allotted tests the technicians talked about their personal lives, some of it too personal in a very distasteful, embarrassing, and offensive manner. Especially for it to be overheard by complete stranger's let alone patients in a professional medical setting . They seem to forget that you can still hear them while you're in the changing room. All very unprofessional.

The Technicians make a patient feel like it's their fault that they couldn't get the test right the first time rather than recognizing it was their own lack of communication with the patient, their lack of skill and ancient equipment. Technicians were rude if a patient asked questions and treats a patient with no compassion nor understanding.

After having gone through the test, the Radiologists were just as poor in reading the MRI. After going for a second opinion I was told that the test was not of diagnostic quality and yet my insurance was billed. I was then expected to pay the remainder of the balance not covered by insurance.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FACILITY. This facility might be cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for in the end and in the end it's atrocious, the facility, the equipment, and the staff. It's hard to believe they are still open for business and allowed to see patients.
