This is my second visit, first visit was good but not this time. Appointment booked at 2:30pm, seeing doctor at 3:10pm and spend only 5 minutes in doctor s room. I am using Guarantee Letter from insurance company and it still took more than half an hour to wait for billings, said they need to prepare the medicine list, not enough staff..etc.. what an excuse! Very poor attitude and efficiency, please avoid! Doctor Anthony is nice Paediatric anyway.
