After expecting to pay the price marked on the product on the shelf, I was told the new price is now R150 more than the marked price. You can't expect the client to pay more than the price marked because someone failed to change all new prices on their stock. What upset me most is that I am a loyal, good customer who spent a decent amount at their shop and I was not granted the grace to pay the price marked on the product I was purchasing. You just lost a good client for the amount R150.
