One of the worst experiences I have had with Shaw....

One of the worst experiences I have had with Shaw. If there is an option for no star, I would have given zero. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I called in 5 times the last week because our modem had burned out twice and wasn't working. We could not process customer payments or anything. It was brutal. They told me they couldn't do anything to help me, so I asked to speak to another agent, thinking maybe someone else can help.

It was even worse because once I asked when the soonest they can arrange a technician to come take a look at the problem first, they told me to wait 48 hours prior to making a call back and when I called back after waiting 2 days. They said there is still 2 hours left before I should call again.

Usually for businesses, high priority means ASAP or within the next 1-2 business day, not 'wait a week when we find time to get back to you'. When I spoke to the shaw representative for the 5th time, there was no wait time because the guy told me it was not busy! I spoke to at least 5 agents throughout the week and only one was able to get someone sent out immediately without further delay. Overall, I am immensely disappointed and I don't think I will use shaw again because of this experience. Shoutout to the representative who did help me in the end.
