I would like to give them 0 starts.
I had a booking with them and few days before the sent me a message saying that the room was under refurbishment (something that you should know in advance, not couple of days before) and they told me to book in another place, when they should do it cause it's something out of my reach.
So after contact booking.com they agreed to pay the difference when I book in other hotel.
After staying in the other place, I sent them a mail with the invoice asking for the refund of the difference.
Two weeks later I didn't get any answer or anything, so I contacted again Booking and they refused to pay the refund.
Later, I sent them an email asking the same thing again.
Finally I got the money via Booking.com wallet (so I'm still not sure if they truly pay me), buy still not a single word from them, service is so terrible that they don't even care to answer you.

REALLY AWFUL SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, PLEASE AVOID BOOK IN THIS HOTEL.
