Worse experience. I spoke to Drew the internet specialist who was so rude that I actually took screen shots ,spoke about a car they had listed at capital one website ,he tells me that's a special price for loyalty customers and it's up to the manager to honor it . After I mentioned it was not the dealers site I got the price from he told me to print and save the listing ( and I did )and the manager "should " honor it ,after I explained I'm making a 5hr drive i don't want to get there and have a 2,000$ price increase ,he assured me they would honor it . They did not answer my calls now 12hrs later they went and updated the price on Capital one with the 2,000$ increase . I requested pictures of the car I never received them but he was sure to set up an appointment for me to drive out there .
