I was doing business with PenteleData but I was having problems with my IP phone service.. Phone company said it was PenteleDatas problem, PenteleData said it was the phone company after two months of pointing fingers I replaced both companies.. When PenteleData came to pick up there equipment I was told my problem was the router.. Now they want over $600.00 for canceling the service.. It is not easy to change these services when you business is up and running but the LACK of support from these two companies gave me NO CHOICE.. So now I'm going to let the WORLD KNOW the SERVICE REALLY IS QUESTIONABLE GO ELSE WHERE

Just wanted to update that this COMPANY is still not WORTH DOING BUSINESS.. There service does not meet what they say it will..... GO TO RCN or another company.. THIS COMPANY IS WORTH S
