"Shawn" of the maintenance is malicious, vindictive, impossible to deal with, RUDE, offensive, provoking and bullying in terms of eyes, facial expressions, gestures, voice, tone, words, and behaviors, but compels the residents that receive services to please him however he is in terms of all these aspects. Although it seems this person started since this year, but because of how he is is to the most negatively unbelievable, I am surprised that no one has mentioned this before, and I personally have heard on the spot the times he talked to other residents.
