Highly expensive, could have made a car payment instead of lunch, but so so delicious. I love well done steak, only way I will eat it is if it is dead and no longer bleeding. Usually, even at steak houses, my well done steak is dry and oftentimes burnt if it actually comes well done at all. Here I had the most mouthwatering, melt in your mouth, well done steak ever.
