This is the worst company to deal with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Save yourself the HOURS of time and effort communicating and booking with them and use it elsewhere because this is not a company you want to deal with. The poorest customer service and communication I have ever seen from a company.

I had booked a round trip flight with Flight Network but due to COVID, the airline had cancelled all return flights to my destination. Flight Network did not give me ANY updates after my flight was rescheduled 3 times. They did not return any of my emails until 2+ weeks after. I spent a total of over 6 hours on hold only to reach several unhelpful customer service representatives that could not care less about providing a solution. There is no record of my flight online, everything must be done over the phone with automated messages informing customers of inaccurate call wait times. Instead of refunding me for my ticket that they could not provide for me, they gave me 1 month to rebook a ticket for a flight within the next year (March 2021). I hope Flight Network understands how unreasonable this policy is.. nobody can plan a trip within the next year in the middle of a pandemic.

Please, please, please do yourself a favour and book directly from the airline. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this company is.
