Earth Jems is a store catering to basic stones and some precious ones as well. The selection is vast. In terms of bead wear its affordable and great for those hobbyists. But my positive portion of the review will end at this point. I will give the store marks on the afforability scale for its beads to be fair.
The store passes itself off as an authentic
"rockhound" store as well. It isn't. I was seriously concerned with the amount of dyed or lab grown specimens that were not all identified on their info cards which is a pretty dubious practise. Some of the chemicals used to produce these artificially grown crystals are exceptionally toxic as well and pose a potential health risk to unwary collectors. Be warned.
