I have been to many dealerships before for different cars I owned earlier. This was the first time I bought a T-Reg. This was probably the worst service ever...No follow ups...lack of responsibility and general managers - really who hired them?? I asked them to do a car wash and couple of other services that I needed for my car...just an oil change alone took them 3.5 hours and at the end this rep tells me sorry that he couldnt do the car wash because it was going to rain outside and may be next time? seriously? what is wrong with people in Edmonton?
too bad...they lost a customer...and trust me people...I would rather try the other VW dealership in North Edmonton and see how there services are overall !!!
