I had a leak from my laundry room that damaged a good portion of my downstairs. RVA got Mckinley out to my house within 2 days to look it over. I got my estimate back quickly and he also talked to my insurance adjuster. Never hesitated to respond to my emails or answer my calls.
My demo guys - Chase and his team did a great job working efficiently to tear up my floors and clean up after themselves. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. So far I am pretty pleased with everyone I ve had to talk to and work with on this project. Hopefully it will be the same for the actual work to fix everything!
