I have been going to Chris for a number of years now, and he has helped me to achieve a good level of fitness (for a 60 year old!), whilst keeping my weight in check. The sessions, either in the gym or at home, are always varied and interesting, and his gentle and scientific approach really suit my personality.

This is not a biased review, even though Chris is my son - if he wasn't any good I would say so!
