I had a property showing with Tony Whitworth and he called me 5 minutes before the showing to tell me that a person who previously looked at it gave him the deposit an hour and a half prior to my showing but yet he just decided to call and let me know 5 minutes before. Absolutely unprofessional and a scummy move for a landlord to make.
