I am loving my experience with Zuda so far! The space is beautiful and the staff/instructors are incredibly welcoming and open. I am relatively new to yoga, and I love the encouragement to explore the capabilities of my body and mind, at a pace that works for me. If you re looking for a new space, I highly recommended this one and you can t beat the intro special!
