The first room we got wasn t set up at all, unmade...

The first room we got wasn t set up at all, unmade beds, no towels, no tp nothing so we had to switch rooms and when we did our only light in the living room didn t even work or the tv remote. The best part of our stay so far are the hot tubs they are nice and hot but the indoor pool is freezing and the sauna is broke so it was upsetting to show up and find amenities we were told were open and could use are broke and unable to enjoy
