I had three recalls and an oil change and made an appointment. The reservationists guaranteed a car at a 7:15 start. Upon arrival the tech had no idea why I was there and told me no cars. So far Jeep experience has been horrible, this dealer and McKinneyTX location. I am going back to Lexus, Jeep s customer service is deplorable at best. I bet Trump drives a Jeep!
