Trip booked on 08/17/20.
The agency claims 300 euros more the next day claiming a computer bug the day before.
We ask for more details and no response since. We do not even know if the trip is maintained since the email asking us for the additional 300 euros threatened to cancel the trip if we do not regions. No response or email if by phone, disastrous customer service.
We are planning a legal action for reimbursement and damages.
It is incredible that such a society can still exist.
