As the ecommerce manager and now overall manager of Art Shed, we decided to move to Neto about 3 years ago. What appealed to us was Neto's unique ability to allow us to sell across channels and marketplaces without other costly connectors and other third party integrations. This has been one of the best decisions we have made in my 10 years working at our company.
Neto's system has allowed us to have the central system for stock control, inventory and orders management we always dreamed of, and while with Neto the business has seen dramatic growth year over year.
We put our growth down to the extra time and efficiencies Neto has allowed us. We now have more time for strategy and marketing that as a small team we were lacking before.
My favourite things about Neto are:
-Product creation: the backend of a product includes a vast number of attributes, and we have found greater success with our site SEO that ever before while onboard with Neto
-Order management: Neto's order management tools are fantastic for an all in one platform. We have used Neto pick and pack for several years now. We are finding as we are growing into the next level of daily order volumes it's becoming a bit clunky, but for a smaller retailer doing 50-100 order per day it's fantastic.
-Customer support: I have never been let down by Neto's support team. They are all well versed in the platform and always deliver fixes when things go wrong.
