I had to purchase a transport chair for my husband...

I had to purchase a transport chair for my husband due to what we thought was severe vertigo only to find out it was a stroke. I called the company the day after to see if I could be reimbursed., I was told yes and to go online fill out form, send receipt along with script.. I did that back in September and have called every couple of weeks only to be told that it would not be covered. My last call was weeks ago and they needed dr to send something over.. He did that and still no check.. I have never dealt with such incompetent people who are suppose to be there to help answer all questions let alone get right info.. I have notified insurance commissioner and waiting a call back to file a formal complaint against this company.. Signed :?Frustrated at all levels.. Lisa Wilkerson
