Wednesday evening we ordered a "Tete de boeuf" for our meal; We were served 25 minutes later (watch in hand) and about as much between each course. In addition the "beef head" consisted of a very small piece of meat with a huge straight tongue (not rolled or prepared) all floating in a tasteless tasteless broth!
What we are sure is that this will be our last visit and that we do not recommend anyone to walk through the doors of this restaurant.
