I arrived with chest pains. The receptionist was dismissive. I had already had an ecg and needed a blood test. I had to wait 30 mins. Then I was asked to wait in the hall , no rest facility. The lab lost my blood sample and I had to repeat the blood test. It took 6 hours to get out. Eventually the doctors were too , in fact more than helpful, but after 5 hours of hell? it made no difference. This hospital only puts you as priority if you are on your death bed and need instant resuscitation, even then I am not convinced they will be fast enough. Terrible.
