No customer service to ... parcel never delivered I respect the deadlines to make the complaint until September 20, 2020 as marked on the site the seller wants to refund me but Rakuten does not want to say you have to make the complaint within 72 hours then that I have never seen it mentioned they contradict each other ... I find them really dishonest go to cdiscount or Amazon them after-sales service they are top and really do their job of Sav I do not recommend buying too expensive on Rakuten I have found no relay points in delivery mode at home
