This comment is directed to MID PEN and your "manager" Angelica. I am not sure that is her name because on correspondence there is someone else listed as Patricia. Don't go to her when you're in need of help with household appliances such as the refrigerator or A/C. She and her "team" are the worst and will swap your appliances for an even more USED appliance. One of the "maintenance" men lives in the property office which is located inside the apartment complex parking lot. He and his family are constantly rotating their vehicle(s) so there is not enough parking for the actual residents. As do the manager's and the assistant's family. They also rent the clubhouse to private parties when it clearly states only residents may rent the club house. When these private parties occur there's been car break ins and robberies and they don't do anything to fix the issue. When we verbally complain during meetings nothing is done. Honestly MID PEN, please put more mind in the HR department. They need to investigate the management and the team.
