One of my employees ordered the wrong shelving unit and upon setting it up we figured out it was the wrong size. I called A City to see if they would work with me on a return or even a discount on the right shelf. After getting the run for 4 days i was informed i needed to talk to the customer service manager i wasn't able to get in contact with her instead i spoke to a rude employee who said they could all they could do is give me the other shelf at cost which was 5% off, that's hard to believe. All said and done i will not be shopping at A city ever again i didnt even use the shelf i just assembled it.
