They sell refurbished laptops, the laptop arrived faulty because is not charging.
What refurbished meant ?


This one was not checked ... now I lose 3 days to wait to be contacted by their ... it tech department.
It also didn't had any manuals to check info about product and has warranty 3 months plus 1 year that being paid by me.

So, maybe they check the items if they give only 3 months warranty.
