We first chose Twin City to visit in person because of the personalized video of the vehicle that Tony made (outside) on one of the coldest days of the year. Within an hour of expressing our interest, the video showed up in my inbox. It was just a simple walk around and a quick description of the car, but the fact that Tony made that extra effort really impressed me. We actually had no intention of buying a vehicle that particular day, but the deal Tony gave us on our trade-in and his no pressure manner put us right at ease and the made the buying experience extremely enjoyable. My wife and I would highly recommend the dealership. Ask for Tony!
