Normally amazing store and it may have been a little while back, but please. If a parent asks for particular strings, please do not allow your staff to offer a cheaper string to the parent and especially please no "[Your child] won't notice it." Unless a worker knows the playing level of that particular child, as someone that's happened to, it doesn't always work out that way.
