I ordered a watch for my boyfriend for a Christmas...

I ordered a watch for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift and I never received it. It had been a whole 2 weeks after I had placed that order. So I called customer service and the lady said she'd send me a new one or whatever & that I would receive an email regarding the new watch coming in, I received a completely different email than what she said I was going to get. So I called again and was on hold for an hour. The first couldn't even speak English, and then the second person I spoke with said I would receive a refund. It's almost a month later since I placed this order and I haven't received anything. A refund .. Or the product. I will never place an order with them again.
