The staff are not as friendly as they should be. The young girl has an attitude that is not needed in a community based resource center were people seek refuge for help! It seems as if everyone has a standpoint of we need them, no we need resources that people do not stand in front of. We need the staff in a place like this to be inviting and compassionate, not stern and direct as if the community is bothersome. If it weren t for people in need well let s just say. You wouldn t have a job! Because of the such attitudes generated by the staff, I drive to another copy center, and pay! Give the people what they need! Give the people what they yearn for!! Stop taking resources and giving them to your picks or to your own family s!! I can not wait until they move into the new building!! It will be a little more transparency(I hope) that s always needed were a bunch of black folks work! Maybe then I can receive some of the donations to be honored by the community and not distributed out to family and friends....
