If you were treated with less than A+ customer service and felt that a business has done something wrong or without your permission. BBB is the website to help you. The more detailed information the BBB can help. They will reach out to the business and get their side to help the process run smooth. They will keep you posted and check if anything has changed or you need to give any additional information. I found the Better Business Bureau to be fair and reasonable with both parties involved as they help with a resolution that's fair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service
