HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Do not even think about stayi...

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Do not even think about staying here. I never take the time to write reviews but this time I had to.
We reserved a room in this place and the room was extremely filthy. There was a lot of dust and it seemed like the room had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a spider near the bed; the bathtub looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The shower appeared to have urine stains (please see photos attached) and also a small puddle with a strong urine odor. The ceiling was cracking and the mirror was falling in small pieces. The bed had yellow stains which can be from urine or over use, either way I didn't want to find out. There is mold by the shower which just comes from lack of cleanliness. We saw a small bug when I opened a drawer in the kitchenette and at that point I returned the room and left that place. Someone needs to inspect this building and make sure it is up to code. I do have photos of the mold in the room, as well as the ceiling that is falling. It does not look nothing like the photos they have online. The mirrors were cracked and dirty.
The worst part of it all is that Jay the manager was very smug and had a bad attitude. He did call me 2 days later and he said "sorry, I know the customer is always right" which I replied to him "that is not the truth, customers can be wrong, but this time I had photos to prove that the room was disgusting" However he did not have any intentions of fixing their mistake (having a dirty room). His employee had a better attitude, and when I showed him the pictures of the room he sincerely APOLOGIZED for giving us a dirty room. It wasn't until I told Jay that I wanted a refund or else I would make this go public and put the pictures on yelp, and report him to BBB that he said he would give me a discount on a room if I decided to go back. I told him no thanks.
If you want a romantic night, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!!! Totally not worth the money they charge.
