The food there unfortunately didn't deserve 2 star...

The food there unfortunately didn't deserve 2 stars and is not at all on the level of a 4 star hotel! Steaks are more like a cutlet! The rest of the dishes were "okay". The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and tried hard!
Completely different from the lady at the front desk at the checkout. No goodbye etc. Here you were obviously glad that the guest is gone.
The rest of the staff was, as I said, very friendly!
