No way most positive reviews here are true.. Prica operates Accommod8u. They are an awful company who is a nightmare to deal with and will cut every corner they can to save a penny, even at the expense of their own customers' wellbeing. Hundreds of incidences of inaction when tenants are living in flooded rooms or have no heat in the winter - you can find way more info about them with a little googling. Also, 2 years of maintenance requests were recently leaked, thankfully the leaker protected everyones identities because Accommod8u tenant portal CLEARLY does not.
